Flooring in Rocky Top, TN

Rocky Top is in Anderson County, north of Knoxville off Interstate 75 and close to Norris Lake and the Clinch River. The town was known as Lake City until it took the Rocky Top name, and it still has the feel of a small community where neighbors know the local builder and the local hardware store. Homes here run from long-held family houses to cabins and weekend places that see steady seasonal use.

That mix shapes our advice. A lake house that sits empty through some weeks of the year needs a floor that tolerates temperature and humidity swings. A year-round family home needs durability first. We ask how you use each room before we show you a single sample, and then we bring real options to your door through our shop-at-home service.

Volunteer Flooring & Design is based in Knoxville at 6134 Industrial Heights Drive NW. From Rocky Top, a trip down I-75 gets you to the showroom if you prefer to see materials in person, though most Anderson County customers start with the free in-home estimate and have a written quote the same day.

Co-owner Nicholas Laskowski grew up in flooring, and Reid Zuchowski brings a contractor's eye for detail. Together they keep installation in-house, so there are no subcontractors, no hidden fees and no upselling, just a lifetime labor warranty on the finished work.
