Flooring in Sevierville, TN

Sevierville sits at the doorstep of the Great Smoky Mountains, and its housing reflects that. Full-time residents live in established neighborhoods and newer developments, while a large share of homes in the surrounding hills are cabins and chalets used as vacation rentals. The flooring needs are different for each. A family home wants comfort and good looks that last, while a rental needs surfaces that hold up to a steady parade of guests, luggage and wet swimsuits.

The climate adds its own demands. Warm, humid summers and damp mountain weather call for products that handle moisture without cupping, swelling or growing mildew in a crawlspace. Hilly lots also mean many homes have lower levels or walkouts, and those spaces need careful moisture testing before any floor is chosen.

We bring samples to your door, measure the rooms, and give you a written, all-in price before we leave. Our own crews handle the installation with no subcontractors, and most jobs finish in one to three days, which matters when you are trying to get a rental back on the booking calendar. If you prefer to browse first, our showroom is in Knoxville, and financing through Wisetack and Hearth is available on approved credit.
