Sheet vinyl is the original waterproof floor, and today's patterns look nothing like your grandparents' kitchen. Volunteer Flooring & Design installs it in laundry rooms, mudrooms, bathrooms, and some commercial spaces around Knoxville.
Because it comes in large continuous sheets, there are few seams where water can sneak through. That is welcome in any room that gets mopped, splashed, or tracked through with wet boots.
Sheet vinyl is not trying to mimic hardwood. It aims to be the most practical, lowest-maintenance floor available. For the rooms below, many homeowners want exactly that.
We show you residential options at a range of price points, and we can talk through commercial-grade choices for business owners. If you want planks instead of a roll, compare it with luxury vinyl plank or the broader vinyl flooring overview.
Fitting a large sheet around walls and toilets without trapped air takes practice. Our installers use full-spread or perimeter methods depending on the product, and they leave a clean finish at every edge. The work is covered by our lifetime labor warranty.
