We carry Mohawk, Revwood, and other brands, and can supply wood that is prefinished or unfinished and stained to your taste on site. Design questions are welcome, and our team will gladly talk through grain, color, and plank width without any upselling. Materials-only purchases are available too.
Solid hardwood is normally nailed to a wood subfloor, so we check what is under your floor before we promise anything. Many Knoxville houses sit over a vented crawlspace, and controlling moisture there is part of a successful install. Not directly. Over a slab we usually recommend engineered hardwood or adding a proper wood subfloor, and we will tell you which makes sense for your house.
Prefinished goes in faster with less mess. Site-finished is sanded and coated in your home for a flatter, fully custom look. We help you weigh the two.
