Houses around Norris Lake collect damp towels, sandy sandals and fishing gear. Plank flooring wipes clean and is not damaged by water on the surface.
Because it is so stable, it also handles homes that sit unoccupied between visits.
Owners of vacation rentals and weekend cabins love how easily vinyl plank takes abuse and how quickly it can be cleaned between guests. It looks like wood without the upkeep.
Replacing a damaged plank is far easier than patching other flooring types.
Installed cost generally runs $4 to $9 per square foot. Thicker rigid cores and premium wear layers increase it.
We spell out materials, labor and prep in a written quote, with no hidden fees to worry about.
We offer lines from Mohawk, Revwood and Bella Flooring Group, among others. Rustic browns suit cabins, while soft grays and light oaks work for modern lake homes.
Samples come to your door with our shop-at-home service, so you can compare them with your walls and furniture.
Many Rocky Top homes sit on slopes, with walk-out lower levels over concrete. We test the slab for moisture, fill low spots and install a suitable underlayment.
Good prep prevents gaps and soft spots from appearing months after the job.
Honest advice, no upselling and quick timelines, usually one to three days for most homes. Our own crew does every step.
Financing is available through Wisetack and Hearth on approved credit, and labor is covered by a lifetime warranty.

Yes, we install vinyl plank on stairs with matching nosing.
Quality plank tolerates temperature swings, which is why it works in unheated seasonal homes.
Modern products have embossed textures and a more natural feel than earlier generations.
