Strawberry Plains homes often have a hard-working back entry near the garage or workshop. Tile there handles dirt, water and heavy traffic without wearing down.
In kitchens, it resists spills and heat and is easy to mop clean.
Wood-look porcelain gives the warmth of timber with none of the moisture worries, while stone-look and patterned tiles add personality. Grout color changes how bold or quiet the result feels.
We bring samples to the house so you can place them next to cabinets and countertops before choosing.
Expect about $10 to $20 per square foot installed. The final number depends on tile cost, layout complexity, and how much prep and waterproofing your site needs.
Your estimate itemizes it all in writing, so comparing options is easy.
Wood-framed floors on older farmhouses can flex enough to crack tile. We reinforce or add underlayment to create a rigid base before setting anything.
On slab homes we check flatness and cracks, repair what is needed and use the right thinset for the tile size.
Our crew handles tear-out, prep, layout, setting, grouting and sealing. Tile is not a rush job, and we set realistic timelines so grout and thinset cure fully.
After cleanup, we walk the floor with you and check every edge and corner.
Our own crew does the work, never a subcontractor, and our pricing is straightforward. Labor is covered by a lifetime warranty.
Financing through Wisetack and Hearth is available on approved credit for larger tile projects.
